Dear BarryOThanks in your enter concerning my idea of placing Tyvek over insulation between rafters in my attic. I had probably not been clear in regards to the differences between an air infiltration barrier and a vapor barrier .I plan to leave the paper on, however cowl it with tyvek which might be overkill. Thanks to you and everyone for commenting on my query.Adrian in Santa Cruz, Ca. As one other poster stated, cowl the kraft paper with Tyvek if you want to, but leave the kraft paper in place. If that is attic storage and never dwelling house, if it were me I’d leave it as is.
